The beautiful fantastic TV host Valerie Concepcion is in Binalbagan during its fiesta last May 11, 2009.

She performed there through courtesy of Negros Occidental 15th District Rep. Ignacio T. Arroyo. The crowd approximately 10,000 residents were shouting and leaping for joy to Concepcion in flesh as one of the most popular television hosts of Wowowee.

Binalbagan Mayor Bebot Mirasol along with some provincial officials is also on the stage.

On the other hand, Gerald Santos, Pinoy Pop Star of GMA, also performed at the said fiesta. The crowd is also responding to him because of his superb voice.

Mirasol was very happy to the success of his town’s fiesta as everything turn great.

Rep. Ignacio T. Arroyo greeted his constituents in Binalbagan a Very Happy Fiesta. And he’s happy that people had so much fun with the celebrity stars he sponsored.

“What ever may bring fun to my constituents, I will do it for them,” the solon said.
