Carmina Villaroel’s manager clarifies the issue of her alleged walkout

Shirley Kuan, Carmina’s manager finally speaks up about the alleged walk out of Carmina during a commercial shoot with actress Claudine Barreto.

In an article written by Dolly Anne Carvajal, she said that actress Villaroel walked out in a milk brand commercial shoot due to the demands of Barretto especially when the actress wished to have the longer lines in the commercial.

This statement written by Carvajal was earlier answered by Carmina and said that this scenario never happened during the shoot and added that she and Barretto had a nice relationship together during those time.

Carvajal was pertaining to the Lactum Commercial of Carmina and Claudine that happened three years ago.

The Company also made a move regarding the issue by writing to Carvajal clarifying that this things never happened during the shoot. However, Dolley stand on her article and replied to Lactum saying, “To the people behind Lactum; Sorry I’m lactose intolerant. Go ahead and milk the issue for all it’s worth.”

Now, Shirley Kuan breaks her silent and said that this is their time to speak and defend her talent and client.

According to Kuan, it is Carvajal who refuses to tell the whole truth and the one who is actually milking the story. She also added that this allegation of Carvajal makes a bad image to Carmina and the product. As a manager, Kuan expressed that it is her duty to defend the client for they have been very nice to her and Carmina.

Shirley poured out her hurt feeling towards Dolley by saying that the columnist is very sarcastic that despite that she was corrected but still she replied an unpleasant comment on it. Kuan also said that she doesn’t need to talk to Dolley anymore since she was already corrected by the ad agency.

Carmina when asked about her reaction to the press conference, she said that she was shocked when she knew it and said that it is the best thing to do to end this issue. She also gave an advice to Carvajal that before writing an article she should check for facts first.
