Jessica Sanchez was officially announced as one of the elite contestants of the 2012 American Idol who enters the Top 24 spots.
Jessica Sanchez is one of the strongest contender in America’s most popular talent search which produced some of the world’s most popular recording artists. Jessica Sanchez is a Filipino-American contender of the recently held American Idol.
The Filipino-American was born in Chula Vista, California. She was just 16-years-old. She first joined a singing contest when she was just 12 years old but was never chosen. She tried out for “America’s Got Talent” Season 1 at an early age of 12.
Another Filipina, Ashley Robles who made a buzz previously after succeeded in the audition for the American Idol failed to make it to the top 24.
Jessica Sanchez will compete against the best American Idol hopefuls which includes Jen Hirsh, Haley Johnson, Elise Testone, Erika Van Pelt, Chelsea Sorrell, Baylie Brown, Brielle Von Hugel, Creighton Fraker, Joshua Ledet, Reed Grimm, Phil Phillips Jr., Collton Dixon and another Asian-American Heejun Han.

She is not that great folks. she is half pinoy and half mexican and has a mexican name. There are other girls who are better on AI last night. don;t go nuts just because she’s half pinoy, it should be based on talent. She got some, but not a winner!
