NEW DELHI: Around 32 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Tuesday’s session.
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Affle, Alkyl Amines Chemicals, Asian PaintsNSE 0.62 %, Bata India, Deepak Nitrite, Hinduja Global Solutions, Honeywell Automation, Hindustan Unilever, PVRNSE 0.83 %, SRF, Welspun Corp and Westlife Development.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 157.50 points up at 11,865.40 while the BSE Sensex was trading 545.18 points up at 40,417.49.
Overall, 45 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 5 were trading in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Finserv, Hindalco Inds., Bharti Infratel and JSW Steel were among top gainers.
